The teenage years can be filled with emotional ups and downs, and sometimes teens need more support than parents alone can provide. Westside Behavioral Care connects teens with licensed therapists who help them navigate anxiety, depression, identity exploration, school stress, and relationship challenges.
Our providers use age-appropriate approaches like CBT, expressive therapies, and talk therapy to create a safe, confidential space for teens to express themselves, process life experiences, and build self-understanding.
