Andrea Rotz - LPC

Professionally, I’m a LPC in Colorado with a MA in Counseling. Personally, I’m a believer in our innate ability to heal, in body, mind, and spirit. I have a passion for helping others and have seen how personal exploration with support is one of the most transformational things we can do for ourselves. I have experience working with adolescents, children, and adults in a variety of settings ranging from crisis stabilization units to guiding wilderness therapy trips and everything in between.

Therapy can be the catalyst for the changes you are seeking in your life. My style of therapy can be described as holistic, interactive, collaborative, and compassionate. I bring direct but compassionate feedback incorporating both humor and authenticity in our sessions. I will provide you with evidence-based interventions, personalized resources, and education that help to alleviate your struggles and support you on your journey towards the life you have always envisioned.

I strive to give clients hope, new perspectives, and the tools to better navigate their daily challenges. I want every client to leave feeling truly heard and understood. Since sessions are just a fraction of our busy lives, I believe in providing “homework” outside of our sessions to expand on our work together. Drawing from 17 years of training and experience, I will be able to offer resources, interventions, support, and reflection along the way, but believe in the power of collaboration; I want you to be the author of your own story.
