I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. I have been working in the field for almost 6 years. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. I attended University of Colorado – Denver for my Masters in Counseling. My experience includes working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, ADHD and ASD. I have also worked with individuals working through crisis, as well as trauma. I have worked in community mental health, PK-12 educational and private practice settings. I believe in treating my client’s needs over labels. My approach is to treat you as an individual and partner with you in the healing process. Successful counseling relies heavily on the therapeutic relationship between myself and my client. I work to provide a safe space for you to express and reflect upon your needs and goals. I draw upon Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered and Solution Focused Therapy. Stepping into change and growth can be difficult and I’d love to be the one to support you on that journey
