Managing Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD: I draw from a variety of modalities, such as cognitive processing therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive restructuring, and somatic exercises to help individuals manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Together, we will develop personalized strategies to cope with triggers, regulate emotions, and enhance overall wellbeing.
