I am a person-centered therapist who will meet you where you are at without any judgment. I create a space based on trust and genuine care, and develop deep and meaningful relationships with my clients.
I have many years of experience working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression, anger and behavioral issues, or trauma and suicidal ideation. I use mindfulness practices and person centered techniques to strive towards healing and growth.
