My passion lies in helping people to connect with their feelings and work through trauma, major life events, and life transitions. I have the ability to help people feel heard and understood no matter what they have experienced or where they have come from.

I work with adult clients with a wide range of concerns including fertility, pregnancy issues, postpartum, depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, immigration issues, loss and grief, relationship issues, parenting issues, as well as clients who want to improve their wellness and life satisfaction. I have experience working with clients in Spanish and in English in various settings, including integrative health care, outpatient community mental health, schools, and private practice.

I work collaboratively with you from a strength based, trauma-focused approach in which I can utilize EMDR, mindfulness, DBT, and/or cognitive behavioral therapy to help you work through difficult situations, and to facilitate change. As a therapist I firmly believe in the courage and competence of all my clients. I value working holistically, and I approach the work with a focus on relationships and mind-body connections. It is my privilege to help people navigate some of life’s harder situations. I hope to help you on your journey of healing.
