Life is a lot like the ocean..full of waves. Some waves are fun to ride, but many leave us struggling to keep our heads above water. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, addictions or other habits that don’t serve you well, life transitions, challenges with relationships, aging or caregiver burnout, you deserve to have compassionate & competent support along the way. I am passionate about Brainspotting and design an approach that is tailored to meet your needs and is grounded in evidence-based practices. Our work together will enable you to navigate the ups & downs of life so you can truly thrive!
My professional training + my lived experience, which includes my father dying when I was a baby, recovering from an ED, being married for over 30 years, raising 5 kids (& I’m a grandmother!) gives me a unique ability to support my clients on their journey. I am passionate about helping girls & women ages 17 & up and working with clients in 12 Step Recovery.
People describe me as authentic and down to earth, enabling them to feel comfortable sharing their lives with me.
