I utilize a strength-based approach that helps my clients learn how to process shame and live their lives with more kindness towards themselves. It is important to learn how to trust ourselves and our own internal validation.
I take my approach from different modalities including, but not limited to, DBT, TF-CBT, Person-Centered, Narrative, Systems-based, and Attachment Theory. Since I will learn so much about you, I think it’s fair you learn a little about me as well. I grew up in New Jersey (yes on the Jersey Shore) before moving to Colorado where I pursued my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and I have loved living in this beautiful state ever since! I am the youngest of three girls, and my family have always said I can find the fun and joy in the smallest of things. Outside of work I love reading, cooking, martial arts, walking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with family & friends.
