I specialize in assisting adults and adolescents in navigating life transitions, anxiety, sports performance, and performance anxiety. Through proven therapeutic techniques, I create a safe and nurturing space where your personal growth and healing can thrive. Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, recovering from trauma, or pursuing personal development, our sessions are tailored specifically to your unique needs.

In my practice, I customize interventions to meet each client’s unique needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including client-centered, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I earned my undergraduate degree in 2016 and completed my graduate degree in 2022 at Regis University. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology specializing in Sports Performance at the University of Arizona and am a licensed professional counselor actively practicing in Colorado.
