I am a believer in Dreams.  I believe Life is short and quality counts.  I am curious about your life:  how you handle situations, what feels good or bad, what is happening Now and what went on before.  We will work together in order to set goals and an approach that will work most effectively for you.  This is a shared journey, it does not have to be scary – we can travel this journey together.

I was raised back east (and am so happy to be west of the Mississippi!); have a varied background through work, family and travel experience; and have a great passion for assisting people in living their best life.  I went back to school later in life to earn the credentials for my natural talent – listening. I love nature and animals and take a holistic approach to therapy.  I believe people can change, when they are ready, and want to.

Trauma, Victim Issues, Domestic Violence, & Abuse (all sorts & there are many) are my primary focus. I have specialized training in a technique called EMDR, which is especially effective for any type of trauma with RAPID results. It is like a beauty treatment for the brain! Unclog your mental pores!

I specialize in motivation, empowerment, improving relationships, boundary issues, communication, self esteem, and conflict resolution in order to enhance self-awareness and foster personal growth,.  I love working with children and facilitating groups.  Honesty, trust, and respect are essential.  We can work through anything – Life can be good – I believe in YOU!
