Congratulations on making this step of looking for a therapist with whom to walk through and out of the challenges you’re currently facing. I work with folks who find themselves stuck in un-serving patterns of self talk, relationships or habits.

Maybe you have an idea of what you want, but emotional blocks or low motivation is getting in the way of making it happen. Healing comes in many forms, often including shedding layers that no longer serve us and grieving past versions of our life so we can move forward in more free, empowered ways. When we better understand our true core values and how our bodies respond to challenges, we can more confidently move forward with sound, authentic direction.

I have 10 years of experience and provide an authentic therapeutic relationship along with evidence based treatments to help you achieve your recovery goals. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University and also hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in French language. I have always been drawn to the helping profession and am passionate about helping people learn about and empower themselves to create a life of self-compassion, healthy relationships and meaningful engagement.

I provide certified EMDR trauma therapy as well as have extensive experience with anxiety, life stage transitions, grief/loss, addictive habits, coping with chronic illness and depression. My focus is to help you learn about yourself, your most authentic self!, shed habits which no longer serve you and help you move in to your inner power and strength. I achieve this by providing a genuinely warm and safe space, encouraging paced and achievable challenges to create the change you desire, and customizing our work to your needs.
