As a licensed counselor and a licensed addiction counselor, I can accompany and assist you on your journey towards healing. I work to empower my clients using a strength-based approach where I assist you in identifying, developing, and drawing from your unique strengths and skills. I use a trauma-informed approach and I am also trained in EMDR.

I believe the foundation of successful therapy is having a non-judgmental place where it is safe for you to explore your feelings, examine behaviors and challenge thoughts or negative beliefs that may no longer be serving you and holding you back from inner healing and the meaningful life you desire.
