Thank you so much for taking the time to explore my practice. My emphasis is on adolescents and young adults who struggle with social, emotional, behavioral difficulties and relationship issues. These struggles include depression, low self-esteem, self-injury, anxiety, peer pressure, family difficulties, friend and peer difficulties, bullying, substance use, or academic achievement challenges. I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment without judgment or assumption. My relaxed and inviting approach allows me to focus on my clients current needs and create realistic goals. I strive to ensure you are getting what you need out of our time together.
