Seeking therapy is a courageous act. Among life’s valleys, rivers, and mountains, sometimes we can lose our footing.  My goal in therapy is to help you find that again through grounded-ness, insight, and awareness.

I want to help you understand what is preventing you from being your best self.  My work focuses on utilizing a person-centered approach to meet you where you are and help identify your strengths and goals. I believe when you are provided a safe space to process, you can identify and implement the necessary changes that will lead you to a more fulfilled life. My most successful patients are those that have a desire and the motivation to change.
I utilize a variety of techniques to encourage insight, awareness, and change. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, women’s issues, relational difficulties, and life transitions.  I have worked with individuals and families for over 10 years in a variety of settings. Initial visits are an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for each other, and if we are not, I can make recommendations for other therapists or resources.
