I am invested in you finding a life worth living. My goal as a therapist is to help clients grow and reach their goals. To allow challenges to help them grow and understand their resilience. I love working with clients collaboratively to create goals tailored to them. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults facing life transitions, and identity development. I offer a safe space to explore the challenges of life, to heal, and to transform relationships with yourself and others.
I provide and integrative approach to treatment. I use the principles and techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative, mindfulness-based therapy. I also incorporate creative interventions. Your treatment will be tailored to your needs. My approach is flexible, culturally sensitive, practical, and empathic.
My areas of specialty include eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I currently serve as marketing chair on the International Association of Eating Disorders, Miami Chapter. My goal is to facilitate clients to live a life that is consistent with each clients’ values, needs and priorities.
