We all encounter challenging times. Finding the right support can make all the difference. I’m Morgan, a dedicated and empathetic therapist who is committed to enhancing the lives of adults in middle age and older. With a specialization in anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, grief and loss, chronic health and chronic pain, I can be a partner on the path to emotional healing and empowerment.
Expertise: I have over 10 years of experience working with older adults through human services, hospice care and therapy. During my time working with older adults I have had the privilege to learn about the unique challenges they face.
Compassion and Empathy: I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance. I work diligently to build trust, and to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can freely express thoughts and feelings.
Resilience: Not only do I focus on symptom relief, but also on empowering clients to build resilience. My goal is to equip clients with the tools and coping strategies needed to face future challenges with confidence and strength.
Areas I do not specialize in: psychosis, eating disorders, personality disorders, PTSD
