Your emotions are normal, it is the way you express and cope with them that is important. I want to support you with your goals of feeling more confident in yourself, feeling more fulfilled in your typical activities, or feeling more understood. You deserve a safe space to process, heal, and grow.
I will support you with a client-centered approach. You know yourself better than I do and I am happy to walk with you in this realization. I provide play therapy for your children to help them build confidence and learn positive ways to cope. Your sessions will have a special focus on social justice, equity, and inclusion.
