Feeling stuck? You weren’t meant to be. I believe you were designed to live freely and with radiance. In my work, I seek to uncover the patterns, beliefs, and wounds that are holding you back from living your most abundant life.
My process begins with getting to know you; your strengths, your hopes, and your background. My hope is to equip you with tools to improve your daily life, and then walk alongside you as we resolve the deeper issues that impact your overall well-being.
I use feedback-driven and evidence-based strategies that create space for your personal growth. Some of these approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, trauma-informed care, experiential therapy, and Christian counseling. I conduct all sessions via telehealth, giving you the flexibility to heal in the environment that works best for you.
Reaching out for support isn’t easy, but it’s a crucial step to building a fulfilling life. I’m truly honored to participate in that journey with you. Ready to take the next step? Schedule with me today.
