Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here! I work with clients who are highly motivated to shift patterns that are no longer serving them. If you’ve been struggling lately – feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma – then you’re in the right place. You are not alone, and you don’t have to keep trying to “figure it out” by yourself.
I have 25 years of experience working in the wellness and mental health community, and I’m always doing my own personal work too. I have a direct approach and will always be straightforward with you. My goal is to support you in resolving issues that have been causing you trouble – whether that is something more temporary, like adjusting to life transitions or something longer term like Complex PTSD. I will collaborate with you to determine what will work best for you to reach the therapy goals that are most important to you!
I believe that a positive, trusting connection between us sets the foundation for your healing. I set the tone for this by having a friendly and casual style when you meet with me. I also have a therapy dog, Leasel, who will work with us during your sessions. If you’re ready to “do the work” – let’s get connected!
