Navigating the world can be murky, difficult and anxiety inducing. Often, there isn’t a clear path. Clients come to me when they are overwhelmed with anxiety and depression as it relates to gender identity issues, LQBTQ issues, trauma, and career frustration. In my office, clients find a safe space to untangle the elements of life that feel heavy and confusing. We work together to create a path forward that feels stable, clear, and bright.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in human services fields for over 15 years. I graduated from University of Colorado Denver with a MA in Counseling and Psychology in 2014. After graduating I went on to work with highly impacted populations of young people, developing a practice that incorporates trauma informed care. I recurved ger EdS. Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy in 2018 and has used that degree to develop comprehensive social emotional and post secondary programming.

Through all of this work I have continued focusing on the LGBTQ community and how the impacts of trauma and oppression impact self esteem, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ community, as well as individuals living with anxiety and depression, and those experiencing career confusion and frustration. I work with each client by using a strengths based and trauma informed lens while tackling issues surrounding identity, oppression, self empowerment, anxiety, and depression. I walks with clients as they overcome life’s hurdles and find a meaningful and clear path forward.

I have worked with individuals for over ten years offering a safe and supportive space to explore the stress of life’s challenges. My background in Trauma Informed Care, LGBTQ Issues, and a social justice mindset allow for us to focus on your personal strengths and the power of the human spirit.
