Life can be difficult and sometimes we all need a little extra help. Though it can be difficult to ask for help, it can also be life changing to have a therapy relationship where we feel fully seen and heard. In our work together, I will ensure it’s a judgement free space where you don’t have to fear the deepest parts of you being seen. Over the last decade, I have worked with folks of all ages and from all different backgrounds. I specialize in work with both kids and adults who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and folks who may just be having difficulty managing the stress of everyday life. I am formally trained in EMDR, and I have seen the effects that trauma, anxiety, depression and other struggles can have on someone from the youngest kids in school all the way to older adults and believe in the power that this therapy has to transform someone’s life. I graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois, and I moved to Colorado after completing a post-graduate fellowship in India. I am excited to work with you!
