Diana Calvo

I work with adults seeking individual therapy who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled. My work is best suited for people who are open to self-reflection, willing to take responsibility for their patterns, and motivated to make meaningful changes in how they relate to themselves and others.

I support individuals navigating the ongoing impact of trauma, difficult childhood experiences, and attachment patterns on their present-day emotional and relational lives. Common areas of focus include low self-esteem, recurring relationship challenges, difficulty setting boundaries, challenges with family or intimate partners, identity exploration, feelings of emptiness, and major life transitions.

My approach is active, integrative, and growth-oriented, drawing on cognitive, emotional, and body-based strategies to support nervous system regulation and practical change. I emphasize skill-building and practices used both in and between sessions, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and more intentional ways of responding to anxiety, stress, and relational challenges.
