Cheryl Lispi

Cheryl has spent several decades as a psychotherapist/counselor in both the public and private mental health systems. She has worked with clients from all walks of life as well as levels of problems and issues. She enjoys working with depression, trauma, grief and loss, domestic abuse, couples, LGBTQ concerns as well as families with all members 18 years of age or older. However, she is interested in clients with concerns beyond those specifically listed. She is process oriented, holistic, homeopathic and attentive to whatever psychotherapeutic orientation that would be helpful to client(s) with whom she is working. She is knowledgeable about psychological medications and can help clients navigate that aspect of their treatment if need be. Authenticity is the foundation of her work. The three Cs of her practice(other than the obvious one) are communication, compassion, and connection.
