I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Denver, CO with over 20 years of experience helping pre-teens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings, such as private practice, community mental health, and public & private schools. I work with clients’ intuitive ways of growing and help them improve upon how they might think, feel, and act. I focus on clients’ strengths and past successes to help them build upon and develop new and effective solutions for how they operate in life. Affirming and solution-focused, I encourage my clients to move their feet in the direction of their goals and values. While empathetic and supportive, I may gently challenge a client’s perspective and offer motivation to try something new and different. Context matters and I support people from all different backgrounds and cultures. Everyone is welcome.

I love a good read or stand-up special. I believe humor makes us all relatable and sharing laughs with the people around fills my cup. I spend my free time outdoors snowboarding, skateboarding, biking, and hiking. A music fan, I enjoy everything from punk to classical. I love spending time with friends and family, my wife, two kids, and Golden Retriever, named Lucky.
