I am an integrative therapist and use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based interventions to help guide therapy. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and helping you to discover your life’s purposes and find meaning in your life.

My goal is to lessen the weight that you carry and create a space for safety, creativity, respect and self-growth. I believe in the power of change and use mindful practices to help foster self-awareness and bring loving kindness to our deepest flaws as humans.
