Hello, I am a clinical social worker licensed in Colorado. I have a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. I have over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations from children to adults. I have experience working with military members and their families. I have worked with clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, anger management as well as many other life challenges and struggles. I work with those who are dealing with perinatal mental health issues and fertility struggles. I have experience in serving clients who have had physical and emotional abuse.

I believe in meeting my clients where they are and using their strengths to address what they would like to work on. I use a client-centered approach and include Cognitive Behavior, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused therapies to support clients in meeting their desired goals. I treat all my clients with respect and dignity during the therapeutic process and work hard to build a trusting relationship and encourage client growth.
