I work with individuals, couples and families who are ready to pause, reflect, and move through stuck patterns with more clarity and intention. My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in relational systems thinking, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. I also integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support deeper awareness and nervous system regulation.
Clients often come to me feeling worn down by perfectionism, relationship challenges, or emotional overload. Many are helpers, leaders, or caregivers themselves—used to carrying a lot, and ready for space to be supported in return.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified coach and supervisor, and trained integrative nutrition coach, I bring a holistic lens to well-being. While therapy is our foundation, I also honor how factors like sleep, nourishment, and daily rhythm can affect emotional resilience. When it’s helpful, I weave those threads into our work.
