I know how difficult it is to find a therapist, so thank you for taking the time to read this. My professional career spans 25 years of working in the Denver metro area’s community mental health system helping Denverites cope with a range of diagnoses and severities.
During that time I have focused on helping people cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions. I received my master’s degree in counseling from Adams State University, and my undergraduate in social work from Phillips University. I use the framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to guide discussions to help rethink our situations, challenges, maladaptive beliefs, and move forward with valued actions.
In my personal life, I enjoy skiing, playing guitar, and taking care of my dog. I also love going to concerts, doing anything free in the city, hanging out in the mountains, reading sci-fi novels, and comic books. If you are in need of someone to talk to, I’m always willing to be a listening ear.

In compliance with Colorado state licensing requirements, video sessions are only available to clients physically located in Colorado at the time of their appointment. Prior to your first session, Jeremy Thomas will send you everything you need to join your secure video call.
