I have a passion for working with people who feel called to explore their inner world, who feel like there is something there for them to learn, but perhaps don’t know where to begin. They long to feel connected with themselves and others, but are needing guidance about how to get there. They want to uncover the heart of their issues and learn why they keep getting stuck in the same patterns. They want to experience the freedom of being their authentic selves and saying “yes” to what serves them.

My counseling approach is influenced by gestalt, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapy, as well as Inner Child Work and the expressive arts. It is my belief that supporting a client’s journey to living from greater authenticity and wholeness, comes from acknowledging and affirming all parts of ourselves and taking loving actions that support our body, heart and mind. In doing this, we are less prone to emotional reactivity, have healthier relationships, and can better cope with life’s challenges.

I know what it’s like to walk the road of recovery. It’s not easy. But I believe in your ability to heal and grow into the person you desire to be.
