Beth Strong

I blend a traditional approach with a strong background in holistic and spiritual orientation. I work both short and long term, specializing in relationships, life meaning and personal fulfillment, midlife crisis, divorce, and blended families. I’m fascinated by the life transitions people make, their personal growth, and how we use creativity to overcome depression. I have trained as a life coach and help people shift from a place of being stuck. I also focus on helping those with a history of abuse to learn the steps of building healthier relationships.

Relationships can be HARD. I help people find their way through stuck places, learning new communication skills, but also through discovering old patterns that set the groundwork for trouble in relationships. I’m very interactive, giving interventions and guidance with a vision of how life/relationships can become good, even great!

I’ve experienced divorce, remarriage, a blended family, loss to death of family members, loved ones with dementia, and lots of counseling through it all. I know what it’s like to be on the couch. I’m also an astrologer, which sometimes gives a unique insight to life’s challenges. I’m an excellent listener.
