Charla Newcomb

Hi, I’m Char and I am passionate about treating individuals with a variety of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, adult ADHD, and hoarding disorder. I was a registered dental hygienist for over 20 years and understand how everything in the body is connected and the importance of seeing each person as a complex whole. EMDR trained, I utilize an attachment and strengths-based approach with a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic techniques, motivational interviewing and mindfulness to learn from and heal from the past and make changes in the present to influence the future. I am also experienced with spirituality-based issues and will help you identify your strengths and work to empower you to rediscover hope for your life. Whatever you are going through, I am here to help you through it and reach the other side of it with an increased sense of peace, harmony, and balance.
