I have a passion for promoting healing and growth. You may be dealing with trauma, challenging relationships, unhappiness and dissatisfaction in your life. I can help you learn new ways to cope and move forward. I hear clients say they feel “stuck”, “unsure”, “confused”, “anxious” and/or “afraid” of change. I offer treatment modalities that address that ‘stinkin’-thinkin’ and challenge your negative beliefs. I am a unique combination of a Licensed Professional Counselor and trained Life Coach w/1000’s of hours of one-on-one experience with my clients. This combination means we can heal your past and create an inspired future. I support you holistically; mind, body and spirit and I will be with you every step of the way to find clarity and direction.
Working with me, you will experience lack of judgment, complete acceptance, fresh perspectives and alternative points-of-view. I’m your biggest cheerleader! I offer in-person sessions in the DTC area or telehealth appointments on a secure video platform. I can often schedule you within a week.

Sarah Senst offers HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video therapy sessions through Westside Behavioral Care. In compliance with Colorado state licensing requirements, video sessions are only available to clients physically located in Colorado at the time of their appointment. Prior to your first session, Sarah Senst will send you everything you need to join your secure video call.
