My passion is helping people grow and learn through building strong and fulfilling relationships within their lives. I believe that relationships are an essential aspect of emotional well-being, so I strive to form collaborative bonds with my clients that focus on their values to identify what works best for them in their therapeutic journey.
I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a dual master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling in 2014. Since then, I have lived in several different states and gained valuable experiences, from working at a private school for students with learning differences in New Jersey, to working as both a middle school counselor in Colorado, and a therapist at a group private practice. Along the way, I have gained experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and executive functioning.
One thing you must know, I love animals and often incorporate my Australian Shepherd, Athena, into therapy sessions. Athena adds such a unique element to the therapeutic process, and it is so amazing to see the positive effect she has on my clients.
In my free time, I love spending time outdoors and traveling. When I am not in the office, I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, reading psychological thrillers, and hanging out with family and friends!

In compliance with Colorado state licensing requirements, video sessions are only available to clients physically located in Colorado at the time of their appointment. Prior to your first session, Megan DuVall will send you everything you need to join your secure video call.
