Lynne McRae

My name is Dr. Lynne McRae, and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Certified Community Herbalist, Reiki Master, and Yoga Nidra Teacher.  I obtained my Master of Arts and Doctoral degrees from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego.

Do you feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life? Stressed out, burned out, coming out? I work well with people who experience anxiety, which can present itself as stress and burnout, using substances, food, or social media to cope, hating your body, feeling in emotional or physical pain, unhappy relationships, grief and loss, or many other types of disconnections. My hope is to help my clients move mindfully through life transitions by decreasing stress and increasing coping/relaxation skills. My pronouns are she/her/hers.  I am LGBTQ+, kink and BIPOC competent and allied.

I believe many people feel scared, lonely, and disconnected from others. When we truly begin to love ourselves, we can create resilient, healthy connections with others.
