I have been in private practice seeing children, teens, adults, couples, and families for over twenty years. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist ( LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Addiction Counselor (CACIII). During this time, I have had the opportunity to lead groups in hospitals, work with corporations, and help many individuals, couples and families deal with challenges and experience growth and recovery.
I am the co-founder of the Second Wind Fund for the prevention of child and teen suicide. SWF was founded with the mission to remove all financial barriers to a youth getting the help they need when in crisis.
My comfortable office is located at 10th and Wadsworth in Lakewood, Colorado. You may have your therapy sessions in the office or on-line.
I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Systemic Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I am committed to providing a highly personalized approach to dealing with life challenges tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help you build on your strengths and attain the personal growth that you are committed to accomplishing.
