I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal and change old patterns. I have over a decade of experience as a therapist working with adults on a variety of issues. I take a trauma informed, whole person approach to therapy and I value being approachable and authentic. My focus is on helping you build confidence and resiliency to allow you to be the best version of yourself.
I specialize in life transitions, burnout, anxiety, depression and trauma. I use a person centered approach with a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused (SFBT) Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and EMDR. I create a therapeutic space that is safe and non-judgmental. We will work together to figure out what works best for you based on your unique goals.
I offer virtual/online sessions (using a HIPAA compliant platform) to increase access to therapy for people who are juggling busy schedules around work and family.
