I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma recovery, self esteem and intimacy. I work with individuals and couples, using an integrative approach which draws from Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I believe therapy is only as effective as the relationship we build to support it and I invest in creating trust and safety with each client I see.
