Counseling is for everyone! I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I have a MA in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I have over 10 years of mental health and counseling experience in various areas of focus. My main therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) but will also employ other modalities like narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, and others when necessary.
