ENGLISH:
I am passionate about working with children and being a support as they navigate big feelings. I have my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in working with children and adolescents. I am trained in play therapy to communicate with children as they learn to cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and transitions.

I use a holistic and experiential approach in therapy. Play is a child’s language and I use play therapy to support children as they navigate big feelings. I also work with parents who seek additional parenting tools through a positive parenting framework.

I create a safe space for clients to be themselves. Together we work on alleviating symptoms and integrating experiences to minimize the impact on living.

I conduct sessions in Spanish designed to foster resilience and healing. I recognize the importance of cultural values as a cornerstone of healing. As part of the Latinx community myself, I have lived experience of navigating the complexities of integrating my cultural values in all aspects of my identity.

¿Te sientes perdido, confundido o abrumado? ¿Su hijo tiene emociones grandes que se sienten inmanejables? Me especializo en trabajar con la comunidad de hablahispana en trauma, identidad cultural, y transiciones. Reconozco la importancia de los valores culturales en el processo de sanacion.

Creo un espacio seguro para que los clientes sean ellos mismos. Juntos trabajamos para aliviar los síntomas e integrar experiencias para minimizar el impacto en su vida.

Utilizo un enfoque holístico y experiencial en la terapia. El juego es el lenguaje de los niños y utilizo la terapia de juego para apoyarlos mientras enfrentan grandes sentimientos. También trabajo con padres que buscan herramientas de crianza adicionales a través de un marco de crianza positiva.
