As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling since 2016, I’ve made it my mission to be a catalyst for positive change in the lives of my clients. While individual sessions form the cornerstone of my practice, my passion extends to group sessions and couples counseling. Through extensive experience working with trauma, substance use, anxiety, life transitions, and the LGBTQIA+ communities, I’ve witnessed the power of connection and shared growth.

With a kaleidoscope of backgrounds and stories, the adults I work with are the heart of my practice. Every individual is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to suit your specific needs. My toolkit encompasses an array of proven methodologies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapy. Mindfulness and somatic interventions are seamlessly woven into our sessions. I believe in treating the whole person, not just their challenges. Creating a space of trust and safety is paramount, especially when navigating the depths of our human experience. My approach is compassionate, yet direct. Together, we’ll collaborate and confront challenges, uncovering the pathways to authentic and lasting change. Our journey doesn’t end with our session. I’m an avid advocate for learning and self-discovery, often suggesting “homework” or activities beyond our sessions. Growth is a collaborative effort, and I’m here to guide, support, and empower you every step of the way.

Life is a tapestry woven with challenges, but within each challenge lies an opportunity for growth. We can reshape difficulties into stepping stones and embark on a transformative adventure. Your story is unique, and I’m excited to be a part of your evolution.
