Hello! My name is Jennifer Mullen and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been a professional counselor for the past 8 years and I am licensed in Arizona and Colorado. I specialize in complex trauma, PTSD, toxic shame, dissociation, and prenatal trauma. I also enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, bi-polar, communication issues, poor self-esteem, unhealthy boundaries, behavior change, self-defeating thoughts, and daily life struggles.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist- Prenatal (CCTS-P), and Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI). I enjoy helping people overcome challenges and working towards being “unstuck”. Through the counseling process I assist clients in finding a sense of peace, offer a safe environment to explore new emotions, and work towards healthy self-beliefs and increased self-care. I am currently offering tele-health (video) sessions only.
