I have 30 years experience in individual child and family counseling, as well as couple counseling. I am multilingual and can conduct therapy in English, Spanish, and French. I work with issues from life goals (work relationship), and transitions(divorce, loss); I work with chronic mental illness, and trauma /PTSD as well as adoption and attachment issues. I listen to who you are, , what you want , and where you want to get to. Together we identify your strengths and obstacles to your goals. Although I work from a cognitive base, I draw from many theoretical techniques including psychodynamic, developmental, trauma recovery, EMDR, art therapy and others. We find what works best for you.
