In practice, I utilize dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment focused therapy with a strength based approach. I can be direct and will not sugar coat things as I believe your life and time is valuable.
Throughout my years of personal and professional experience, I have found that navigating transitions, relationships, and personal and professional growth can be incredibly challenging; however, it doesn’t have to be. It is my job to support you in moving forward and eliminating the barriers.
